I've used this once before. The CoQ10 gives a little energy boost. I like that it comes in 15 mg as the larger amounts don't work for me. The red yeast rice is supposed to lower cholesterol which I'm less concerned about.

My LDL was 143 and my APO B was 109, even with a strict diet and exercise regimen. Red Yeast Rice supplementation dropped LDL to 71 and APO B to 72. I can't recommend RYR highly enough.
