I've had a terrible time with perimenopause symptoms. No sleep, high anxiety and hot flashes. One of the ingredients, Ashwaganda, is not recommended for long term use but I find taking it every night for three nights reduces the anxiety and hot flashes as well as allowing me to actually sleep. Then I take a week or so off. When hormones are out of balance or low, cortisol and adrenaline take their place. I have two high stress jobs and am on several boards and committees. This definitely seems to help me, along with healthy diet and exercise, manage my stress.

Defnitely helped me sleep though I needed to break in half because taking one entire pill caused crazy dreams. Now that I've been taking for more than a month, I can take an entire pill and sleep restfully through the night.

Good product

I've been taking this product on and off for several years. It has helped me both lose and maintain my weight by managing cortisol. I also think it helps me to sleep better when I take it. The only negative aspect is related to the texture of the pill. It is very drying and can be somewhat difficult to swallow.
