Integrative Therapeutics L-Theanine 200 mg
This calms me down and helps me sleep. My doctor recommended it when my spouse passed away because I was shaking and my blood pressure went high; normally it is/was on the low side all the time. I take one at bedtime so I can sleep through the night and sometimes I take it during the day. Initially I took 2, 2 times a day. I love the convenience of purchasing it from Walmart along with my groceries/incidentals and the incredible Customer Service I can always count on!

Quality Supps are Hard to Find
I only buy supplements with 3rd-party testing and reviews, as well as SuppCo's TrustScore ratings. Integrative Therapeutics is one of only a handful of brands that earns our trust. L-Theanine has been very useful both in improving focus in the gym without stimulant effect, and for helping calm racing thoughts at bedtime. It's become one of the few "keeper" supplements in my arsenal.

Save money
This is half the price I paid at a pharmacy for the same thing. I always check WM before purchasing anything. It only takes a couple minutes and sometimes you save a lot
