Methylcobalamin B12 is my extra I take with the Pure B6 Complex. This b12 is for energy. Sometimes you need a little more energy help especially after flu, pneumonia, or a course of antibiotics.
Good results for energy and memory. Must take it for a few days before it works. Small capsule so it's easy to take.
All of Pure Encapsulations products are excellent, and I particularly like this Methylcobalamin 1,000 mcg Vitamin B12. My doctor prescribed it for me. Great product.
This came in as highly recommended! My other B 12 had artificial sweeteners in it! This is a clean and pure form! I did research and decided on this Brand! It comes in at 1000 mg… which is recommended for older ones . I am pleased with this product. It is small and easy to swallow!

To give a fair assessment of its efficacy, I feel I'll need to use the product long term. I can say it's easy to take and store.
It is too early to tell, as we just received them, but I do know that this brand came highly recommended.
Just one capsule causes dizziness even when taken with food. Stopped consuming. Don't know whether it is effective in raising B12 levels.
