Good product
This is a great supplement. That includes the vitamin C as well. Doesn’t cause any side effects for my stomach overall, I would re-order this again.

5-star product
Took the entire bottle in 4 weeks. Ferritin rose from 29-82! Although one of the gentler forms of Iron, it is still irritating to the stomach. But I trust PE brand.

smells and tastes mildly metallic but i’ve noticed an increase in my energy throughout the day. less naps!

I haven't been back to doctors . To see if my iron has improved . I was low in iron. There's no horrible aftertaste.

Easy to take. Helped a lot with energy and hair Re growth. I like that the C is included as it is said to help with absorption.

I like this brand and that this iron comes with vitamin c which is needed to help iron absorption. It’s a quality product.

Works better than iron supplement alone
Purchased to increase my iron levels to continue to donate blood. It worked. My levels were up. The required dosage is 1-3 daily with meals. I took 2 a day. Didn’t constipate me. The combination with vitamin C for better iron absorption worked better than the iron supplement alone.
