I really dig the liposomal. It works strong. The active ingredient is enclosed in these microscopic fat-based vesicles so it can pass through cell membranes more easily and avoid being broken down in the stomach.

My primary doctor recommended the CoQ10 as being an essential part of health. I take it as directed and my body seems to be balanced and healthy from the inside out.

Price was fantastic compared to other CoQ10 offerings! Taste is a bit strong but OK (taste is not my primary criteria for health supplements). I plan on buying more when needed.

We love MaryRuth products. What has been a bit of a challenge lately is the subscription process. The website often shows misinformation, the emails are inaccurate as to what is being shipped and the ability to change date on next order has not been working of late, Hoping they can get these issues worked out.

I love this coq10! I've tried many other coq10 supplements including MaryRuth's coq10 gummies and nothing has a more noticeable effect on my energy as this product does! This works great and I highly recommend, I only wish they sold this in larger bottles.

I do not know what happened this time as I always received my orders correct.I received my CQ10 Liposomal and it is not the same as the one I bought the first time with you guys.I will like the one I originally bought which is the one CQ10 Liposomal and the one I received says Liposomal Ultra Absorption I do not want this one. I will like the bottle that says soy free,non gmo,dairy free ,gluten free,no msg, vegan and sugar free and the soy is not good for me and try to contact the care team without a response.

My eight dogs have been vegan for many years now One of the oldest was recently diagnosed with heart failure. I looked everywhere for a reasonably priced vegan liquid CoQ10 supplement for him. I finally found it at Mary Ruth's. He seems to enjoy it. He waits patiently for it twice a day and reminds me by sitting in the kitchen and starring at me. By the way, we like it too! Thank you.

I'd like to say that this product has helped me overall, I honestly cannot stand the taste lol. But I'm happy with it and it's effect :) I'd say that I'd like it to have a little less sweetness and tartness but will more than likely continue to use it.
