I really dig the liposomal. It works strong. The active ingredient is enclosed in these microscopic fat-based vesicles so it can pass through cell membranes more easily and avoid being broken down in the stomach.
I love Mary Ruth's and Walmart carries her line at a reduced price and I get free shipping!
Price was fantastic compared to other CoQ10 offerings! Taste is a bit strong but OK (taste is not my primary criteria for health supplements). I plan on buying more when needed.

I am using this to help with gum health. it works well, but i dont love the flavor.
I do not know what happened this time as I always received my orders correct.I received my CQ10 Liposomal and it is not the same as the one I bought the first time with you guys.I will like the one I originally bought which is the one CQ10 Liposomal and the one I received says Liposomal Ultra Absorption I do not want this one. I will like the bottle that says soy free,non gmo,dairy free ,gluten free,no msg, vegan and sugar free and the soy is not good for me and try to contact the care team without a response.
