My doctor recommended this supplement because of me complaining of low energy, weakness in my legs esp. at night, and occassional constipation. Most brands of potassium are only 99 mg's of potassium. Pure brand is 200 mg. It's an excellent supplement. Now, I want to get all Pure brand vitamins.

Always buy your vitamins in a bottle that blocks the light. Clear containers I skip. Most clear bottles the vitamins stick together. Buy them!
