This was recommend to me by my doctor after some extensive blood tests. For yeas I thought it was just my anemia that made me sluggish. Now I know it was my B12 that was low.
I have pernicious anemia and these work great to keep my B12 levels up so that I don't have to do injections. Super easy to use - just hold them under your tongue and let them dissolve. They taste good, too!
Great product. Used for neuropathy as suggested by physician.
I like them and seemed to work well.
Expensive but clean ingredients.
This brand is what my naturopath recommends.
