I've been taking the Pure Encapsulations Selenium for two weeks now instead of my regular brand and, while it's hard to tell any difference, I do believe this is a quality product. I feel just as good, if not a little better during those two weeks as I did before. One huge advantage is the size of the capsules compared to other brands' capsules and tablets. I ordered this selenium supplement to support my thyroid. I do feel that it has helped me, I take it along with Glutathione. The taste and smell is not great but for a product that I do believe works, I think it's worth dealing with.

I received this product to evaluate for free, but all comments and opinions are my own. When I see this supplement that's specific to Antioxidant, I jumped on the chance to test it. I've religiously taken it once a day over the last month. Like any supplement, the effect takes a while. I didn't feel any downside, but do noticed some more energy on my part. The taste is not very pleasant, but should be fine if you swallow it whole. Will update if I notice additional effect.

I received this supplement with serious labeling issues that raise concerns about its authenticity and safety. The product has two inappropriate “expiration dates” on it: 1. Main label: The expiration date on the main label appears suspicious. The printing quality of this date doesn't match the rest of the label content - it looks like it was added separately or printed differently. More concerning, this date can be easily removed, which is not normal for legitimate product labeling. 2. Barcode label: There is a second label with a barcode that shows another expiration date. This label shows clear signs that someone attempted to remove the expiration date on this label is “partially erased” and there are visible marks on it. Having two expiration dates, with one being easily removable and the other being partially erased, makes it impossible to trust the actual expiration date of this product. This appears to be evidence of tampering or relabeling, which is unacceptable for a supplement I'm supposed to consume. I am requesting either a full refund or a replacement with a properly labeled, authentic product with a single, clear, and intact expiration date. I will update the review if I receive a feedback.

This stuff smells very bad and caused me to burp it up all day. I took it for a week hoping that if I tried different things it would stop. But nothing stopped. I wouldn't recommend it.
