I was very excited to receive my new vitamin by pure encapulations. I am a big time sufferer of anxiety and occasionally little bouts of depression due to the struggles of living with Addison's disease and thyroid disease. It definitely takes a toll on me. I like that is is all natural. I feel like it helps take a bit of the edge off. I will continue taking these and they are an easy addition to my health routine.

I wouldnt say this supplement blend is anything extraordinary. Many of the ingredients are found in regular supplements. I haven't been able to take this long enough to know a difference. The capsules are a large size but not huge. The packaging is very basic and lists the ingredients. Every supplement affects everyone differently, so it's hard to tell if what works for some will work for others.

I received and have been taking 2 a day for three weeks now. I can not recommend this Pure encapsulations, Sero Plus. It is to help promote mood, relaxation and healthy eating habits. As of this time I can not see any changes.
