Wish I had my hands on this earlier..I wake up stress free which benefits .. I love this one because it has no calcium. Once I learned that you have too much calcium in your blood as it is and you cause plaque on your arteries. I love this one because it's just magnesium. I take one scoop each night before bed. And to have the effects work even better have some D3 to go with it right after your last meal. You feel super calm super complete and get a good night's sleep. Also it's taste is really good.

I love magnesium plus mixed berry. But I saw this and wanted to try it and I was very surprised! So now I have both this flavor and the mixed berry. I was actually very pleased with its taste. Magnesium mineral actually is super good to help assist not only to make you calm but also a good night's sleep and take it with D3 right after your last meal and you feel the best. It also helps with muscle cramps. If you're getting a lot of muscle cramps then you need to up your magnesium. Also vitamin k with magnesium with D3 is super important it takes the calcium out of your muscles and out of your blood and puts it into your bones. So if you have high calcium in your blood work then you need Vitamin k Vitamin D3 and magnesium.
