The sofa looks great in the picture, but we were under the impression that it was not as complicated. We are Seniors n do not have the strength to put things together. Putting it together is not possible for us to manage. We're sorry but I wish we would have known . We need to return it.

I purchased this item, but before it arrived, I was unexpectedly gifted a couch. I attempted to cancel the order, but it was already too late. The item was returned unopened, in its original box, exactly as I received it. The return was completed via UPS on December 17, 2025. As of today, February 16, 2026, I still have not received my refund. Walmart is stating they are not responsible because this was sold by a third-party seller. It is extremely disappointing that a company of this size allows situations like this to happen without taking accountability. Very frustrating experience. I would strongly caution others before purchasing. Unfortunatelly I fail in not read the comments and the reviews.

This is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever purchased. It is not sturdy at all and offers no support whatsoever

Save your money. I wish I didn't get this. I wasn't expecting much for the price but it was laughable once put together. I had to buy extra stuffing for the cushions and it's just an overall bad couch.

We received the couch with missing parts. Asked for a refund because it's too much hassle worrying about trying to get the replacements. We keep getting the run around. Will keep y'all updated if they do the right thing and refund us all of our money as promised.

do not buy!! the only thing that doesn't make it is scam is that you will receive something in return. Back rest is literally a piece of fabric and your leaning on the wall. So sad and small. cutions so tiny and flat nothing redeemable about it. if you try to return it cost more then the couch it self. please do yourself a favor and do not buy it.

This couch is not for people over the weight of 100 pounds combined on the couch. Also the back to the couch will not hold my 10 year old that only weighs 78 pounds just sitting and leaning back. The back of the couch is a major fail. If the couch is up against a wall it may do for staging a home for sale but not actual use.

I have only received one box. Still waiting for the other 3 boxes to arrive thus not being able to set up the couch yet
