product received was NOT what was advertised.
I ordered this item based on the advertised specifications which specifically states that the packaging was improved and bags are resealable. This is important because moisture will be kept out so no clumping will occur. Annoyingly, I received 2 boxes containing unsealed plastic bags, each 25lbs. So, I did NOT get what was advertised. Unsealed bags result in clumping over time. Customer service dragged their feet on this and after repeatedly sending pictures of what I received, they requested me to send everything back with a generic note that the BUYER (me) had to pay for return shipping and that I had to go through the Walmart return process. The BUYER should NOT have to pay for return shipping when the SELLER sent products NOT as advertised. As if my wasted time and gas is not important. As for the quality of the product, I cannot provide an assessment since I did not use any of it.

I was swindled.
Item says "Puri Tech Powder Pool 50lbs Stabilizer Conditioner Cyanuric Acid UV Protection Pool Spa". Picture shows two white bags. What I received was a plain 26lb cardboard box. Label from "ECX Warehouse". Inside the box was 25lbs of white powder in a clear plastic bag. No invoice. No paperwork. Nothing to say "cyanuric acid" . Just the box with a shipping label. I realized today that I got half of my order. The description clearly says 50lbs. I received 25lbs.

I only received one bag. was not shipped in a box and ended up having holes in it with product spilling out of it
