We have 7 dogs of various breeds (rescues) from 10-45 lbs. and 2-10 years-old. They all like their daily diet of Purina. They have plenty of energy, no health problems and beautiful coats.

well my three puppies received a surprised this morning in the mail. thanks to influenster I received this box of purina goodies. they had that for breakfast and seems like they were very satisfied with the food and snacks. they kept licking their bowl and jumping for more. 1st I would like to say the sample we received for review was a full sized large bag of Purina Dog Chow so my pup was able to try the food for an extended period of time, and not just a one off. We currently use Purina One so this was an easy transition staying with the same brand. My Corgi can be quite picky with food so when he gobbled it up, I knew he liked it. He also can have a bit of sensitivity when changing foods or treats but I didnt notice any adverse reaction in that department. let me preface this by saying that typically my dogs prefer wet food but they absolutely loved this dog chow. they sniffed the bag as soon as I brought it in just to check it out. I gave them their bowl for dinner and they ate all of it which is typical for them when they really enjoy the food. for dry food it had a great aroma and it wasnt too dry which I was happy about. the packaging and good itself definitely seemed to be high quality and most importantly the dogs really liked it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My dog like the dog food. But would eat a whole like he usually does. Pros he did gain from it cons he had some gas for first few days. It had a weird smell to me but beside that my dog enjoyed it. I would recommend it to dogs owners who dog needs gain some weight. But the he didnt get diarrhea or upset stomach which is nice. Because my dog does get that when change his dog food. So, I was going to buy the 48lb bag as I do EVERY SINGLE MONTH. It costs $37.99. It's ALWAYS been $23.98. What is going on???? All pet food have increased in price. WHY??? What a difference a month makes. I disappointed. I guess my pets will have to eat human food until I can't afford that either. I added two photos as proof.

My dog will not eat this dog food and has poor digestive issues after eating. My husky does not seem to like this dog food/chow, I'd even try to mix in wet food that she likes but she picks out the wet food and deliberately avoids the chow! And after I finally manage to get her to eat the dog chow, she ends up getting bad gas, diarrhea, and stomach aches. This chow is horrible.
