Purina Friskies Shreds, Turkey and Cheese Dinner in Gravy, Wet Cat Food, 5.5 oz Can

I buy this often for my 4 indoor cats, and one stray feral one, cause it is much much cheaper than the Hills rx I buy for my elder cat. I think it is the best overall cheap canned food, but all of my cats love the gravy but leave most of the shreds to throw out. Purina has added more gravy. I have called them and they did say most customers tell them their cats leave most of the shreds also, and really only like the gravy. At least the feral cat eats half of the shreds I give her, so she gets the leftovers from the 4 indoor cats.

My cats are very finicky and this is one of their favorite foods, the cheese and the turkey mix they absolutely through a fit for it so as long as it's available I will be purchasing it and it has came down in price thank you so much for a great priced product that satisfies my healthy now happy kitty's. I feed several feral cats…I've got about 12 cat shelters (filled with lots of straw) all around my tiny home. Also feed raccoons, opossums, squirrels and birds. All sentient beings are welcome. Adult humans are very limited. I've also got 3 older, sickly cats inside who don't go outside. All outside cats are tnrd. All the cats love this brand of food. Texture and taste must be yummy. The other outside critters who come to eat (it's ver cold where I am) eat the dry kibble…also Purina fancy feast and/or Friskies. All have fresh water. It's a winner here at my 24/7 diner. I'd recommend.

I would love it to have more gravy. My cats eventually get around to eating most of the shreds but they love the gravy part. I have some that only like dry and some that eat both. So I supplement this with the ones that eat both. For some reason they don't like the chicken or the turkey without the cheese added. So I only get this one.

I have the pickiest car there has got to ever been on this earth. Between his finicky taste buds and his finicky stomach it's hard to find food that he really enjoys. But I can open the cans. He comes running, and it is literally gone in less than five minutes.. and the good part is it don't make him sick. And for me that's what counts is that he enjoys it and is able to keep it down.

My cats really enjoy this flavor. I have all rescues who are spoiled as can be now, and I vary their diets frequently for both their enjoyment and safety avoiding using only one or two brands exclusively. They really live this and I feed them the more expensive Tiki Cat and several others but this is a tried and true favorite from good old Friskiies. You can't beat the price and it's deli and usually in stock

Usually my two cats grow tired of eating the same thing every day, but not this. Both cats have been eating this for six months now, and I don't have time to get it out the can into a bowl because they want to eat it out of the can. I really think they like it so much because of the cheese in it. This size can is perfect for me to handle, and the top pulls off easily. Good price also.

Cats love this canned, wet food. They come running when I open the can. It has great presentation. It smells good too. The shreds appear to be easily eaten. I like the price and the fact I can regulate the amount of food I give them. The can has a certain amount where filling the bowl with a bag of cat food isn't as regulated for proper diet. Great product!

some neighbor I think abandoned their cat, who is about one and a half yrs, so he was wandering around my gated apartment hungry. I started feeding him and letting him in to rest and he loves this flavor. I bought the meow mix cups thinking the cup would be more convenient. he eats it but doesn't get excited like this turkey and cheese flavor. I tried opening the can quietly but he heard it lol and came over meowing loudly as usual with this food. worth the extra ten cents compared to meow mix. funnily enough he prefers meow mix dry food over friskies dry food

My kitties love the shreds, especially the gravy. Sometimes they just lick up all the gravy and leave the rest though. Turkey and cheese and Chicken are their favorite flavors. Prices vary but usually comparable to or better than other brand names. I do generally split a can between two kitties.
