It runs a little slow. That is my only complaint. I was inpressed with everything that came with it. I use it everynight to read or to watch my shows. I am teally happy with my purchase

Overall the tablet was a big dissapointment and I would not recommend it. It will not work correctly on some apps and others it won't load. The battery life is only about an hour which mean constant charging if you use it so not that great for playing games or ordering things. It does have a clear screen and good quality picture and sound.

I purchased this tablet in April 2025. At first it was working normally as expected. It was fairly easy to use, but i did not like how it locks so quickly after a few seconds pause in use. So I would have to repeatedly enter my pin code. Now in July it has already stopped working entirely. Nothing but a black screen with a very dim backlight. Very disappointed

Bought a tablet specifically to use during a trip on extended flights. tried to charge it before leaving my home. it wouldn't charge, wouldn't hold a charge. the back of the tablet and battery got super hot. I couldn't use it for what it was intended. very disappointed.

I ordered two of these for my girls, we have used them maybe 3 times because they run so slow, lag and shut down randomly. The WORST tablets we have ever used. Not to mention scratches on the screens when we opened them. They do not hold a battery at all. Take forever to charge just for them to die even if they haven't been used since taken off the charger.

I purchased 2 for my 7 year old twins birthday back in August and they only lasted a month and a half a half. There were problems with them loading and stay connected to the Internet and also charging. I highly recommend you to not waste your money.

It was a waste of money. I'd bought one last year and it didn't even last 30 days. Tried to exchange, it could not. This is awful product, don't buy it.

this item did not arrive , it was mark delayed. Many days later I called to find out it had not even been shipped!!! I had the item canceled and got a refund^ Not at all happy with this

My tablet was smaller than I thought and it keeps wanting to update but fails. I'm not sure if I got a warranty. Also I never got my refund or screen saver. The pmb is open 9-6pm Mon -fri. But some reason they try to deliver at 2 am? Don't they look at hrs of operation? If I had delivered at my house the delivery person always throws it on the ground and sometimes just leaves at gate when we do ask for a txt message or call they left it. This is Rural place. No mailboxes out here. So that's why I give bad rating

I charged it, and without even turning it on yet, battery was dead with an hour. Only took 1 hour to fully charge. After charging this BAD, WORTHLESS TABLET THAT YOU CANT GET EXCHANGE, I took a shower, was going to tranfer from my phone to tablet, but it was dwad.
