the product utself is good but due to poor packaging and delivery, there were holes in the bag and it was leaking. the box was not reinforced, had tape all over it trying to keep it together. lost product during t he shipping process and it was raining when delivered so it was wet because box was broken in multiple spots. good product, packing and shipping is hortid

Just what I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge bag! I thought it was soil but it is more than that. It can be used to plant, seed, and mix with soil. It's great for thirsty plants and container gardens. I even mixed it in my soil for our tomatoes. It stores plant food and holds nutrients to feed your plants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great. Used it in Ng garden and flower beds. No issues at all. Good quantity and quality. Consistent texture and no offensive odor. I would recommend this.

REgarding returns, I had 3 large items to return and no way can they go in one package but the return method only allowed for one shipping label. There should have been three. So I had to cancel and try to do the other two. The protocol wouldn't let me do the other two and now I have to return to the store, two large items. That really isn't ideal for me. I'd rather have FedEx pick up all three.

box was fine bagged was ripped and badly taped together so when I dumped the product out of the exterior box, I got a mess.
