This is the only sugar substitute we use. I use it for baking, coffee, really everything! If a recipe called for 1 cup of sugar you use half a cup of Pyure sugar. I use to put 3-4 teaspoons of sugar in my coffee. Now I use 1-1/2. I even take this with me when I travel. It dissolves in cold liquids quickly and doesn't leave a residue at the bottom of your cup. A little goes a long way with taste. Because you use less sugar this little bag lasts me longer than a small bag of regular sugar use to.

Im trying to get away from Aspartame and artificial sweeteners, so this is the BEST new option for me. I make freshly brewed tea this Pyure is the closest thing I can find that tastes like real sugar, MINUS the calories and blood sugar spike in your body. It has no aftertaste and to me is better than Monkfruit, which I feel like I have to use more of to get the same degree of sweetness. I could do commercials for this product. Does a better job that sugar. Is it better for you? Only time will tell. So far, it is working for me and helping to make my weight loss easier to manage. It is still, like most other things, to expensive! almost stopped me buying it. The price may stop me from buying it in the future and go completely sugarless, a tough thing to do.

I have been using this sweetener for a few years, now, and I don't like to go without it. I use a full tablespoon in my coffee most mornings, but I've also used more in sugar-free baking. It has been my favorite because there's not that strong twang like with other stevia blends. And I like that it's organic.

This Stevia sweetener has no additives %26 is pure like it's name! I use it daily in tea, cocoa, hot cereal %26 lemon Ace to avoid the calories %26 tooth decay from sugar %26 honey. It comes loose in a zip lock resealable bag %26 also in individual packets for daily use %26 carrying with to restaurants %26 trips in case there is no stevia served. The bags of loose stevia are great for baking, making jams %26 jellies as well as sweet %26 sour sauces. Great buy!

Tastes like sugar, looks like sugar and bakes like sugar! I love this sweetner and have used it for years! It's a little more expensive but you don't have to use as much. There's no unpleasant taste or after taste or physical effect. I'm a long-time Keto person and there are some carb points but I just count them in my daily amount because it's more than worth it!

I love the “vanilla” smell to this sugar mix and the granular form. It looks, mixes, and tastes like sugar. I stopped using other products because they were like a too fine powder like substance with a residual after-taste.

I absolutely love this product. The only thing I don't like is the price. Unfortunately I can't afford to buy it all the time and when I do I use it exclusively for my coffee. I'm supposed to watch my carb intake and this would be a life saver for me as I have a terrible sweet tooth but I can't afford over $7.48/bag. And yes, I work for Walmart but nobody should have to pay that much for “sugar” or sugar substitute.

I have NO IDEA what happened to this brand…. This is not the same product I used to buy 2 years ago when I picked up dieting. This time around it has the STRANGEST aftertaste!! It used to be the perfect sugar substitute 1:1. Now it's absolute TRASH. I will be reaching out to the company for a refund asap! Don't waste your money!!

I have been using Pyure for years and it was fantastic. I mainly used it for my coffee. I know exactly how much I needed every morning, every cup. The last bag I opened, I noticed my coffee wasn't sweet enough. Had to use more than normal. Come to find out, the company has quietly replaced the erythritol they have been using for years, with allulose. The old recipe has a apleasant vanilla smell when you open the bag, this new recipe just smells bitter. The taste is kind of odd. Sweet but bitter and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. Kind of like they used too much stevia in a batch or something. The biggest problem with this new recipe is that it isn't as sweet as it was. So you have to use more. When you use more, you run out faster, you buy more. The product is the same size, same price, but less sweet. This bag is the last I'll be buying of Pyure. I'll make my own erythritol/stevia mix instead. (1 cup erythritol 1/2 tsp stevia if you're curious).
