Simple but works
Package was plain and looked really simple, but once put together it was as described and serves it's purpose.

Decent
It is decent, but the paint wasn't as smooth as I thought it would be so the finish was just a little bit messy other than that it was great very stable and it did what it was supposed to do. Easy to put together, but for the price it was great!

Ok, but it could be better
Mug tree is a good price, but it does come on pieces, so assembly is required. I am not opposed to putting things together, but the pegs were pretty rough, so it needed a little sanding. The pegs were pretty hard to get in the predrilled holes. I ended up using some wood glue to make sure the pegs don't fall out.

overall it looks nice. Some of the pegs were not glued in but using some Elmer's glue took care of it

The pegs fell out of the holes easily and felt a large mug may fall off when touched. The item looked exactly as described.

Not only was this item delayed. It also came broken. Two of the sticks you were able to screw in but the others you couldn't.
