I haven't used this, but I had purchased before, and burnt the skin around the eye, as it doesn't come with the cotton for around the face, this time I purchased a package of the rope type cotton and end papers and expect it to go much smoother.

This perm is GREAT! I have used it on my Mom's hair for years!! It works great and curls her hair beautifully and last quite a long time, good 4-5 months, depending on the season. I would highly recommend this product. Great price as well.

This is a great home perm for my hair type (straighter than straight) and result is very nice. I use a medium size roller and get a nice curl that lasts.

unable to find these in stores and beauty supply stores will not sell to me since i'm not a licensed beautician. Over kill i'm thinking for safety issues since i've done perms for 50 years on myself....but i can buy dyes and strippers....oh well.

I followed the instructions carefully, but unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed with the results. The waves were there, but I was expecting more definition and curl. The hair had already been permed previously, so I assumed the new perm would enhance the existing texture and help blend the new length with the old curls. That didn't happen. Overall, the outcome was underwhelming, and I won't be repurchasing this product.

It does not come with instructions, no paper wraps, no gloves, no cotton to put around the face as well, just the perm stuff! Can not get my perm done until i get some perm wraps! Which I just order here, for 7.34. Had to look it up for directions and printed out 3 pages, not happy at all!! It should tell you that when you go to order it! Waste of my time and my aunts time to come to my house to give me a perm, and could not do it with the directions or paper wraps, Jacqueline G
