I've purchased two of these. Great for any office. Just remember to not tighten down all the mounting bolts before placing the board in all the holes.
excellent size and quality
LOVE LOVE LOVE it! This is exactly what I wanted! It was a bit difficult to install, but fortunately I have a creative installer who figured out the best approach for this. Warning: it is heavy. But, it is a quality product. I also purchased the rare-earth magnets from SAMS. Regular magnets will not work.
It's just as expected and the installation process went pretty smooth. One of the screw pieces in the bottom corner didn't screw in properly so it took us a little longer to secure it but the whiteboard is solid now and you can't really tell the screw isn't all the way in unless you look closely. The included tray for the marker doesn't stay on when I erase the board so I'm not using it right now. The included marker is good quality. I would purchase again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This glass dry erase board is very nice. installation onto the wall is not difficult. It seems like the black color of the glass comes from a film in the back, so be careful not to scratch it while installing. There is a thin sheet of metal behind the glass for the magnets to stick. Since the magnets have to go through the glass to stick, you need very strong magnets. The only con I have with this item is that it only comes with two magnets. It should at the very least come with four magnets. Overall it's a good product. Zoro is also a very good company with great customer service. I had an issues with my order and they took care of it right away until I was satisfied.
Really loving the board, being using it every day, however it has a few chips in it and does put some major holes in your wall for not having much weight to it. Also the marker that came with it was dried out and the ones i ordered didn't work on it(not counting that against it, however it would have been nice if it was more clear which markers worked on what.
As others have noted, this is NOT magnetic. I wish I had known before purchasing several months ago. Additionally, it is NOT white, but a see through pale greenish color...also noted by another buyer. Walmart's description is totally off. I purchased another board in 2019 from the ":)" competitor's website, and even though it was a different brand, it is much better quality than this Quartet version. That board is in my home office and it is white, and it is also magnetic! Same size and cost about the same price. I rarely write a review, and when I do 90% it is a positive review. This time I'd like to warn others.
This is NOT magnetic, and it isn't white. In fact, the glass has a greenish color to it. It doesn't look terrible, but I am disappointed by the incorrect description. I wouldn't have purchased it had I known it wasn't magnetic, nor would I have spent $60 on rare earth magnets (a requirement for magnetic glass boards). Unfortunately, I didn't test the glass for magnetic before hanging it, so I'm now left with the choice of reversing all that work, finding new packaging, and initiating a return, or just making due with it as is.
I received it in tatters. The box was a mess, the hardware was partially missing and bent.
Horrible product. Barely magnetic, like a magnet alone barely stuck, let alone hold up a piece of paper. As a whiteboard, also bad. You can barely see colored markers on the board. Very poor visibility. Sent an email to the company asking how to return it but heard nothing.
