Queen Anne Milk Chocolate Cordials Candy, 13.2 Oz

i love the chocolate, cherries, and the delicious syrup filling on the inside!!! they're hard for me to resist! all donations would be happily accepted! :)

Filling was missing from half of the cherries and the packages was sticky and partially melted despite having an ice pack and wrap.

I don't have a problem with the product. I have a problem with the way it was shipped, the condition it was in when it arrived, but most importantly, the way Walmart is handling the return. Chocolate-covered cherries are packaged in a thin box from the manufacturer. That thin box was placed inside a thin brown paper bag and shipped. When I opened the bag, I found the cherries had been smashed, the inner cellophane had leaked the contents into the box (which was open) and it was on the outer packaging. It was a sticky mess. The problem lies with Walmart's requirement to return the package to a store. I order online from Walmart one to two times per month because I live 30 minutes from my closest store. I took pictures of how the product arrived and offered to send them for my refund. However, Walmart is giving me one day to return them to the store. That is pretty ridiculous.

I received these cherries totally melted with the cream in the bottom of each one melted in bottom of container. Very sad when I paid over 13.00 for them.

The toddler would have loved the result! Look at the pictures for why you don't ship chocolate covered cherries in a bag.

Syrup came pouring out of box. Got all over everything close. Outer box was not damaged,

These were shipped in an envelope and the boxes were mashed. Cherries were mashed and the boxes were full of chocolate and cherry juice. Everything was sticky. On top of that, one of the boxes was open.

The reason for the low rating is due to very poor shipping! First time I ordered these and the 2nd time they arrived in a box this time they arrived in an envelope they were crushed all opened candy and cherries all crushed! I had to throw them out and in trying to get my monies back or new boxes of the item but no one will help me, thought Walmart was better than this, I've never had an order issue same never ordered this item to have it delivered in an envelope not a box and it's food item. Real good Walmart I'm out of what $15.00 or whatever the cost I know it wasn't cheap! I can't get anyone to understand the food has to go in garbage . I sent pictures already

When I had received this package of cherry covered candy, all the chocolate was melted all everything that was inside the candy was melted, and it was inside and outside of the package all melted sticky, and gross now on when they send something like this, it needs to be overnight in a quick package with a lot of ice and cold to prevent it from melting in the hot weather today.

Shipped byFedex; arrived a sticky mess should have been marked "Perishable" not Fragile. Also inside box was opened and retaped. Already threw out!
