The bed looks great, and there is so much storage! The drawers move very smoothly, and the wood looks great. Exactly as advertised, and the charging area and lighting are a cool bonus. It took a while to assemble, but I expected that and the instructions were very clear. Also, it is heavy, but the box had multiple packages inside, so it was much easier to carry in a few loads.

Excellent bed for the price. Had an issue with FedEx delivering bed so we contacted the seller. The seller corrected the problem very quickly. We are very pleased with this purchase. I would give more than 5 stars if I could for excellent customer service and a great product. Thank you!

Was somewhat easy to put together. The way the underbed storage latches isn't perfect but it did the job.

Its made out of particle board, may not last for years

The quality isn't the best by any means. Some parts are damaged upon arrival and others get damaged when assembled. The drawers are a joke and roll in and out at the tiniest motion getting in and out of the bed. The drawers won't hold a lot either and due to the setup/design everything will get absolutely dirty that you put in the drawers. My suggestion would be to put stuff in small plastic tubes in the drawers.

Do NOT waste your time or money! Screw holes missing and some in the wrong places. Cheap chip board. We spent 4 hours second guessing ourselves when in fact it was the manufacturing that was complete garbage! Hoping I'll be able to return it and get my money back.
