I absolutely love this bed frame! The storage drawers are a huge plus and make it so easy to keep extra blankets, clothes, and sheets organized without taking up extra space in the room. The headboard storage shelf is also super convenient for things like my phone, books, or chargers. The frame itself feels very sturdy and well-made, and the upholstery gives it a really modern, clean look that makes the whole bedroom feel more stylish. It's a good bed the medal for the drawers were a lil bent once I got the bed but was able to fix them but outside of that it's a amazing bed

My son likes the LED light variations. The headboard shelves are small with regards to depth, about four inches in depth. Six inches would have been a more practical size. The four drawers will not secure to the frame because of the bedroom carpet. The carpet causes the drawers to ride high relative to the frame so they do not sit in the frame properly. To compensate for the carpet we put one inch blocks under each of the four legs. This bedframe is surprising well made. All other materials are of medium quality but I will say the for the price, it's a good value.

Shipping was decent, would have been better if my towns fed ex was better. assembly was a little much, good enough instructions, took me a day and a half of lazily putting it together, would've been a lot easier with 2 people. so far its held up great, looks very nice, lights work well.

For the most part, I think the organization of all the little parts was really good. It made a lot easier to put together. There were some parts that were a little bit confusing, and I did have to take some things apart and redo them. The light up part was very easy. The headboard is a bit shaky. That's my only complaint. Otherwise my son loves it. It comes in different colors when it lights up. It helped him sleep by himself like a big boy.

Parts are missing the control for the light Missing and Allen keys don't fit the screws. Can't send you a photo of the finished product because parts are missing and can't complete the assembly

Mike, I just say how not wonderful the customer service is speaking for we may have got this bedframe yes however we also ordered a mattress in which we did not get and we ordered at the same time as the bedframe yet here we are two weeks later almost 3 weeks later still wondering where our bed for our bed mattresses and I get a hold of customer service and all they have to tell me is oh your order was lost in transit and I had to find this out myself by the way, and nobody called me from customer service to let me know that our order was lost in transit either so considering that their customer service sucked so bad that they couldn't even get a hold of us to let us know that our order was lost in transit. We've just been sitting here wondering where the heck our order is so might I just add Walmart has the worst customer service ever and then not to mention to top it all off a supervisor might I add a supervisor let me tell you offers us just wait for this. This is the best offers us a $25 promotional credit if we spend $45 or more… I mean are you kidding me like did we just get slapped in the face or what because that's how I totally feel about it and I'm sure anybody else could relate to that so obviously we're taking our customer service elsewhere because clearly Walmart stays cheap cheap cheap and they can't take care of their customers very well obviously and this is 100% verification and proof that they don't so I'll have you know don't order any kind of beds or bed frames or anything like that from them because all you're gonna get is your package is lost in transit and meanwhile nobody's gonna contact you to let you know that you'll find out a couple weeks later when your bed doesn't show up on time when it was supposed to FYI, just like it happened to us so don't expect your bed or anything else to come on time because Walmart has crappy customer service and they fail to let their customers know that their packages have been lost in transit. Thanks Walmart number one store of the year not way to go Walmart stay cheap cheap cheap like you always have been top-notch customer service way to go store of the month.

ive had to call them twice cause of missin headboard and footboard. we get it delivered today. well guess what there is no shelf with it
