If you want to stay well throughout the year this is product for it. I take it every day. Haven't been sick with anything at all. I have been taking it now over 6 yrs.

We take this once a day but if we feel anything coming on (virus or such), or if we know we've been exposed, or if we're traveling, we go to two a day. None of us have gotten full-on sick since! Nothing has been able to get a full hold on us. We'll always have quercetin on hand.

I have been taking quercetin for 5 years. I am rarely sick. I think I picked up a cold during the holiday, but I can't be sure because it never developed. A light cough and some phlegm. Best cold I ever had!!! I think quercetin is a miracle.

I was actually very excited with how this herb had helped my sinuses so quickly! Unfortunately however I am in the 2% that developed skin rash so I have to stop taking it :-(

I have been using the quercetin along with fisetin for a month I noticed my urine became a little clearer and made my bladder more calm and its been consistent,I know it's not a well known benefit but somehow I am liking this.

Been taking this supplement for over a year. It has significantly helped my seasonal allergies and cat allergy. Might take a little bit of time to show its affects, but it's worth it.
