I bought this toothbrush two years ago and it recently stopped working. I reached out via email and they sent me a replacement no hassle. Ever since switching to an electric toothbrush I've gotten good reports from my dentist during my yearly cleanings.

I like your heads because they don't have slots like competitors. As hard as you try to rinse them, toothpaste still runs down the side onto the surface below. Yours do not do that. Thanks for that.

I have been using the regular toothbrush for quite some time. Loved that. Had a plaque problem, not anymore. This toothbrush was definitely an upgrade for me.

I can't believe how much cleaner my teeth feel. The small head allows me to get into areas that my other toothbrush would not. it's a great product

It works great. But the black color is wrong for my white brush. I didn't see any color choices. Please let me know how to order white instead of black.

I bought the replacement head hoping that was what was needed to get the toothbrush working again. Sadly, did not work. No idea what the problem is and really disappointed in the product. Had it for less than a year and it has not been working for over a month.

It is not worth the price. I regret to buy the toothbrush because to get the head replacement is very difficult and very expensive. Not good quality at all

I have been telling you but no one helps I don't own the brush that these heads go to I purchased an ultrasonic that you guys never sent me ! So I don't need theocilating heads to a brush I don't own
