I am currently trying to stop vaping. I quit smoking by moving to vapes. now I have COPD and need to stop vaping. These little mints take the edge off a nic craving and clear up my mind when it starts to get fuzzy from no nicotine. Great deal at this discount! Works to stop cravings for cigarettes. My only complaint is the size. I only like to chew 1/2 piece at a time %26 the square shape as opposed to the oblong Equate brand size was hard to halve.

It looks similar to Nicorette but that is where the similarities end. This gum is not as elastic and hurts my jaw after chewing for a while. Flavor is the same, but I ended up using more because I couldn't chew it as long. I will stick with Nicorette.

Was not soft was hard tasted like it was really old although the date on it was not old hadn't expired for another year so guessing it's a knock off and advertise a soft chewing not true and I had a terrible reaction to it
