This fan is on the smaller side but very powerful. I typically run my stand fan on high at night but had to turn this one down to medium as it was way too chilly. My husband and I are both hot nature and have been really impressed with this fan. It is a little louder than our other fan but not bothersome as we like white noise when we sleep. Definitely recommend

I can't speak on the lifespan of the fan but it was easily assembled and easy to use. Seems like it's fairly well made and definitely lives up to its promises. In fact unless you really like a lot of moving air this fan may not be ideal for you. Even on its lowest setting it moves my blackout curtains. It has a really unique breeze/sleep setting that alternates the motor from on to off and variates the fan speed. I bought it for my bedroom but I've decided to move it onto my porch because it will easily cool a 12'x20' space even on low. The high setting might blow a small dog off it's feet hahaha

I love this fan! It's great all around. More quiet than most other fans I've had before. The breeze from the fan is amazing. The lowest setting is better than the highest on a lot of other fans. I like that it has a remote control. It's great for the middle of the night, if I need to turn it on or off. I would recommend this fan to anyone, anywhere!

this fan on low was max power on my last stand fan, I really like the remote, I now won't buy a fan without a remote. only thing I really did like was I ordered this fan from Walmart and the add said that it would arrive the next day, it came 4 days later and Walmart didn't notify me until just after the time that you couldn't cancel the order. i was out of town for a week two days before it arrived at my house. this is unexceptionable !!!!

The remote does not work. I wrote an email to the company with the address Walmart customer service gave me. The email came back as undeliverable. I looked up the company on the web and the same address is listed on their site. Evidently there is no way to contact them.

i read in other reviews a part was missing but for the great deal took my chances - NOOOO don't do it! mine arrived so many days late after i called walmart's customer service to make sure it (proseller item) was still coming, %26 missing the EXTENSION POST so it can't operate, its nice metal head %26 motor housing have nothing to stand on; %26 with unreachable contact info in europr, neither does this proseller! kudos AGAIN yo WALMART for great phone support %26 great service, tbey always work hard for resolution; BE WARY OF BUYING FROM PROSELLERS, walmart corp has very very limited power to have info let alone control over item shipping, quality, or problem-solving, %26 walmart having to step in %26 advocate for us buyers clogs up their customer service time %26 takes away from them just exclusively handling walmart/retailers-fulfilled-by-walmart orders etc. THIS EVEN WENT TO Z FLASH DEAL BUT PROSELLER STILL SHIPPED LATE ONLY AFTER WALMART INTERVENED THEN STILL MISSING PARTS! the base of fan has some weight so it would likely have operated with decent power, like, decent fan speed %26 noticible cooling; the motor/parts housing isn't unweildy or too-heavy so it bodes well for not being too loud or too prone to overwork/will still operate for many continuous hours w/o adding heat to the room (y'all know fans generate heat operating %26 stand fans esp blow it right toward you, right?), BUT overall weignt-wise construction-wise for the price this seems FLIMSY %26 only worth the sale pricing; if seen in-person assembled at a home goods store etc no one would jump in for any price close to a benjamin. CHOOSE A FAN STRAIGHT FROM WALMART. HEED WALMART REVIEWS.

For as hard as this fan works, it hardly puts out any air. The higher you turn the speed up, the more noise it makes and very little increase in blowing power. The motor may work hard, but there is something keeping it from creating a decent airflow. I have a fan I bought for $12 that puts out more air. I can't recommend this one.

I did not recieve the fan I ordered; I ordered this one (an 18 inch 5 blade fan with remote) and got a 16 inch 3 blade fan, and no remote. This item looked like a return. It was in a larger box; inside was an opened cardboard box and the items did not fit in the opened box. I was refunded but am still not happy with Walmart. I am disabled and cannot get up and change speeds when I need too.

I didn't receive the fan I ordered. mine was supposed to be remote control. this one didn't. it's a very nice fan, but it's not what I paid for and I ordered it especially because of the remote. just dispointed it wasn't the right one. I do however, recommend the one I got to others.

Received used product. No directions or paperwork.The bar that connects the fan with the base does not work. The release and tighten feature to shorten or elongate does not work. It appears to be jammed. So I have an 18 inch floor fan…which does not work. I won't be ordering a fan from Walmart again.
