I bought a set of 3 of these knives several years ago for a fundraiser. I loved them. When I saw another friend selling again a few weeks ago I knew I had to have more. These are the best knives I've ever used. I'll never buy anything else. They will cut and chop anything you want to cook. And glide like they're slicing butter.
