Sopito wire cheese slicer, very nice material, has some heavy to it, easy to clean, cuts cheese so much better and adjust roller for thickness . Last one I purchase was aluminum and discolored, wire stretched out making the cheese to cut unevenly . This new one I replaced it with is much better also came with 3 extra wires for replacement, easy to replace wire.

I like the fact that you can adjust the thickness of the cheese slices and it slices with ease. Easy to clean (just throw it in the dishwasher or wipe the blade after you have finished using it). I had one identical to this that lasted about 4 years before the wire broke. We used it darn near daily. It was just as cheap to buy a new one as it was to buy replacement wires. This one came with an additional 3 wires.

This is a heavy duty cheese slicer with additional wires. I really like that the depth of cheese slices can easily be changed. It is much sturdier than other slicers I have used. I expect it to last a very long time.

This wire cheese slicer is easy to use for even slices and it's safer than using a knife. I'm sure that it'll be durable and it came with extra wires.

this cheese slicer works wonderfully well. im sure one better can be had but the cost vs amount of better would get silly fast. just get this one if your looking for a slicer

I love the extra wires that come with it, you never know when one will break. Slices cheese with ease. No problems when slicing, goes through cheese like a hot knife to butter.

The nut securing the wire moves while in use. Therefore the wire slides out of position making it hard to cut thru the cheese. The tool is big in size making it a bulky item for ease of hand holding.

It's a little hard to handle but cut Joy. Just have to watch to keep it going all right correct way.

Hard to adjust. Not good with refrigerated aged cheddar cheese. May be better with cheese at room temperature, but it is still very difficult to adjust.
