Purchased this set after months of searching for just the right fit. This product is very well designed and crafted, easy assembly, comfortable and have purchased another item to complete my set.

I was a little nervous at first reading some of the reviews for this product/company but WOW was I blown away by this purchase. Firstly I ordered it on July 11th and got everything delivered on July 15th....SO FRIGGIN FAST! Putting it together was a little challenging the egg chair was kinda hard to do alone it would've been quicker and easier with another person but still not hard to figure out. The two chairs were quick to put together but one of them didn't align properly so I really had to push it down to get the screw in and tighten it as much as i could while still pressing it down pretty hard. The tables are great and the glass looks amazing! The couch with chaise was interesting to put together as well...the instructions for this one was different, harder and smaller to read and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get the back pieces screwed in since one was covered with the bamboo stuff and the other wasn't lined up properly so we just went without fully screwing those in and just have it against the wall because if someone sat in it and leaned back it most likely was going to break off. I also don't really like the bigger pillows with the chairs I like the smaller ones with it so we just switched up the pillows but it looks great just as pictured truthfully!!! I was also a little worried about how thin the cushions would be and uncomfortable but I have to say I think they are comfy as heck!! I love the double egg chair cushions too it is definitely fluffier and cozier than the rest of the set but I think the rest of the set is comfy too! I am so in love with this set I wish I waited to take pictures during the day but I didn't finish all of it till night time and I just had to run and write this amazing review because I was just so happy with this purchase!!!

When the initial shipment arrived, it was missing one piece, but the vendor’s exceptional customer service made all the difference. After reaching out, they responded promptly and sent the missing piece right away, which arrived in perfect condition. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, and it really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. Now that the set is complete, I have to say the quality is outstanding, and it looks absolutely gorgeous in my outdoor space. It’s sturdy, well-made, and the design is exactly what I was hoping for. I recently purchased this item and love the way it looks. The set came in three different boxes on three different days. When I received the first box, I reached out to the seller and they responded very quickly. They were very helpful in providing tracking numbers for the other two boxes as well as following up to make sure I received everything. The set was very easy to put together by one person. While the cushions are very comfortable my only wish is that they were thicker (just a personal preference). I look forward to enjoying more time on my patio.

This three piece set is the perfect size for my 10ftx10ft atrium. The cushions are comfortable and have stood up to 2 weeks straight of 90 degree weather in direct sunlight without fading thus far. Setup was a breeze and took me about 20 minutes to build alone. My family of 4 have been haning out on this in the evenings while I grill up dinner, and it doesnt feel like its going to break, nice and sturdy. Good quality and price!

When receiving this patio set, it was damaged and the paint on the metal base was peeling off in large sections. When contacting the company, it was recommended to spray paint the portions of the furniture that was peeling, as they are sold out of the product. I was also offered a cover for the chair in exchange for the damage. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller,

Buyer beware! I bought this furniture but it wasn't what I hoped for (poorly made, paint chipped off the legs) so I decided to return it. The seller was responsive as far as giving me alternatives to refunding my mone, but when they realized I just wanted my money back they stopped responding. The seller had a different excuse each time I reached out as to why they couldn't refund my money after I had jumped through every hoop they asked me to in order to return the items to them. I would not order from this company. Luckily I purchased the items through Walmart, and Walmart customer service was outstanding. They helped me to resolve the issue and get my money refunded.

If I could give this zero starts I would. First of all, I contacted the company, to try and get my money back, and they never responded. Then I contacted Walmart and they also never responded back. I didn’t get all my cushions, didn’t get all the hardware to put the set together, and assembly is a nightmare. The cushions that I did get are thin. Pay a little bit more for a better set. It says that you have 30 days to return, but it’s a lie, you CANNOT return this product.

The hardware for one table was missing. I sent an email and have not heard back from you.
