The customer service is really good following up questions and improving their service. Some pieces were missing from the beginning but they responded quickly and sent new pieces in.

It was easy to put together however another person to stabilize the chair while screwing nuts and bolts would have been faster. So comfy and I have used several times to read books and drink coffee on my patio!

I purchased this outdoor sectional and a chair off of Walmart.com i received an email from a 3rd party carrier that my order was damaged. i then reached out to Walmart about the chair and refund. Walmart refunded the cost of the sectional but did not refund the shipping cost associated with the order.. pretty pitiful considering the amount of money my family spends at Walmart weekly. aft "I was charged $369.26 total price for the chair. The legs broke off %26 pulled the bolts out of the frame. I sent a message to the seller (2 days ago) and response. I am not weigh 138 lbs…. So that could not be the issue.
