The Radius toothbrush is really helpful if you have arthritis. My grip is very weak, so my toothbrush would always fall or go flying while brushing. With the Radius, I can hold onto my toothbrush without it falling while brushing. The brush is replaceable which makes it convenient so you can keep the handle. The large brush helps to cover more teeth while brushing. I guess that's why they call it Radius toothbrush.
Purchased for older person with wrist and finger contractions, and this toothbrush seems way more comfortable and easier to use.
Love the size of the brush head. Very comfortable and covers a large area for clean teeth.
I have now bought and tried every adult toothbrush and can say I LOVE them ALL!! The source brush is great with a sturdy handle and the soft flossing head works really well to get in between the teeth. It's a little too soft for my liking but easy fix to use a different replacement brush!! I appreciate the fact that all the brush heads are interchangeable. My fave combo so far is the source toothbrush handle with the big brush replacement brush!
Excellent toothbrush heads and it's wonderful that you can buy the handles separate. The handles are fantastic also. Definitely the best toothbrush I've ever had. This is a great company with environmentally friendly products and packaging. Thanks Radius!
The best toothbrushes ever. I was honestly a little surprised reading all of the bad reviews because I've been using this for over 5 years and have the same 2 handles, one for home, and one for travel. They have both lasted me that long. So I don't understand how other people say that their handles break or don't last, maybe they're just being too rough with it? I don't know. The other thing is, I don't have trouble with my bristles “falling off”.
Most toothbrushes hurt my mouth because the bristles are so rigid. These are so soft and feel like a little massage for my mouth. I brush my teeth much more regularly now as a result. My dentist is happy too!
The extra soft bristles help people with sensitive gums minimize that sensitivity, while still receiving a thorough removal of plaque. The thinner bristles actually make cleaning between the teeth easier.
I suppose it you had dexterity problems, this handle would help enormously. I just find it a clunky thing that isn't that ergonomic, which I presume is the point? I am suspect that the snap-on brush will be a long lasting component, but I could be wrong. It snapped on firmly but plastic wears out so fast. Though I do appreciate the concept and it's the reason I bought it.
If it wasn't for the bristles falling out and stabbing your mouth, as well as posing a safety risk if swallowed, this would be my all time fave toothbrush. Great clean, comfortable, but I'm tired of fishing loose bristles out of the back of my mouth. This is my third try hoping it was just an anomaly; it isn't.
