So good! I couldn't imagine how vegan beef flavor would taste, and it's only been a few weeks since I had my last burger. i was amazed! This is beefy but in a mushroom gravy sort of way, so it's everything we like about beef but none of that dead animal taste that lurks in animal products (which I can smell and taste suddenly, so I went vegan). This ramen is amazing (don't mind saying it again..) and would be great as a base for vegan stroganoff. I don't like mushrooms, but this is somehow the best of beefy mushroom without the beef or mushroom. 😆 I will be buying this again and again!
Great noodles, hard to find, and if you just want that beef taste, that tastes real good, then this is it. Make sure it's just for three minutes after you boil your water in the pot start counting to down three minutes or you can put it in the microwave, but these ones, I prefer in a pot on the stove.
my favorite cup noodles nice flavor and I like the texture. quick to pack for lunch or to go. satisfying
Got this on a whim just to try it. The broth tastes EXACTLY like beef and the noodles are excellent. I'm truly impressed and I can't even believe how much better than the standard box ramen this tasted. It's a shame Walmart doesn't carry these in multiple packs. I'll definitely be ordering these often even if it's a bit more expensive per ounce.
This item was delicious but when I tried to reorder it was very expensive.
I can't honestly say whether these are good or bad. It really depends on your eating and shopping habits. I personally felt they were the average texture of pillow-pack ramen, but the seasoning packet was different than the budget Nissin and Maruchan. If you are used to vegan stuff and variety and premium items and trying new things then you might like this one because it still comes at a budget price. BUT I can tell you from my experience in dealing with California prison canteens, that anyone who has eaten only Nissin or Maruchan for their whole life may NOT like the flavor packet that comes with these. So go ahead and try them, you might like them, you might not. But there's nothing actually WRONG with them. They just have a different flavor profile for their seasoning packets.
I enjoy it, but it is a bit soft in terms of seasoning for me. It is noticeably less potent than the (very few) other mainline vegan options. Still worth purchasing for the variety, though.
They are not the BEST out there, but for the price, and they are vegan-friendly, I get them. They cook super fast. I like to add dehydrated veggies and extra seasoning to mine.
when using a microwave only do 2mins:30 sec because anything beyond that can actually burn the cup itself. whoever thought of changing the look of this ramen was not thinking of safety.
I used to really like this product. The ingredients are good but what used to be .66 is now insanely expensive at over $8! I get that some sellers jack up the prices or maybe its Walmarts new dynamic pricing but I wont buy it for the price now. Used to be solid but now is way too expensive.
