Nice quality pan
I have read some of the negative reviews, and it seems that some buyers simply don't know how to care for the pan. First don't use metal utensils because the can scratch the surface causing rusting. Also after you wash it put it in the oven at 200 to 250 for 10 minutes, this will insure the pan is completely dry. Do these things and the pan will last for years.

Rusting...sticking
I am not happy with this pan. Bought two of them. They started rusting immediately, no matter how dry I got them. Under the ridge and where the company had stamped their name, on the inside and outside of the pan. I washed them according to the recommendation of the company, but they soon became stick instead of non-stick. Not happy.

Manufacturer defect
It's just the style of pie pan I want. Unfortunately, there is a manufacturer defect that looks like the nonstick coating splattered or something and I am concerned that it will come off on a pie. I couldn't wash or scrape it off and I don't think it's a scratch. The good news is, I started a return and received a refund and don't have to return it.
