I bought the stand for my mother . Her eye sight isn't what it use to be . I thought the stand would help bring her laptop a little closer to her so she would not have to struggle as much adjusting her bifocal glasses up and and down or hunch over the keyboard . It seems to be helping ! She hasn't been complaining of as many neck or back problems! She is in a wheel chair and that limits her space to reach in between her desk to get closer , so the stand I think was a great solution.

This seems like a very wel built laptop stand. Hinge points are very stiff and hold my 16" gaming laptop very securely. Only draw back I found was that the back feet of my laptop hang over the edge of the plate. This blocks the fan intakes a little bit. I added a couple rubber feet to thebplate and sovled the issue pretty quickly. Overall I would recommend!

This is the 2nd one I've purchased. I thought it was a bit more expensive than last. I'm leaving one in my travel bag because I use them everyday and keep forgetting to pack it.

Love this riser. It allows my neck to align with my eyes. I no longer am doubled downward to view my laptop screen. I am very pleased with my seated posture. Wish I had discovered it before I now. Worth every penny!
