Had a battery operated one that didn't hold up very well. This one got the job done and even has extra blades. Cleaned up all the fish I had left in minutes. Would definitely recommend.
Great for filleting walleye!
works on ac or dc. 2 sets of blades, makes cleanings fish easier
very easy to use. cuts meat very well. perfect for skinning fish.
Works as advertised. Good value.
great quality great price perfect gift my husband LOVES THEM!!!!
I've had the same filet knife before and it works well.
Great product, dependable and durable.
Didn't work %26 returning it. Have liked them in the past for being small %26 no too heavy but this one is a dud. I also ordered another brand %26 keeping it but would try Repala brand again.
I must have received a defective unit. Because there’s no chance that a company would stay in business while producing products of this quality. Problem %231- The trigger. The trigger was INCREDIBLY TIGHT. Not just annoyingly stiff, but great-googly-moogly tight. Like a frogs backside. Watertight. As a 6’6” 320lb man, it was difficult to use and kinda dangerous. There’s zero chance that my wife could operate it. Problem %232- The blades. The blades initially installed and locked into place. But after the 2nd crappie, the right side blade came unlocked. I removed the blades and reinstalled, tried the 2nd set of blades, looked inside for obstructions… nope. So the left blade would run and still allow the sawing motion, but without the right moving it was a really big pain. Problem %233- The case. The carrying case looks nice, yes. It makes you think “Oh sweet! I’ll be able to keep everything clean and stored away nicely!” What. A. Joke. It was designed so that the cables would fit in there one time, until you open everything. Then it’s virtually impossible to get the wires tied back exactly the same and into the slots. I personally had to redo it 3 times, and that was only 1 section of wire undone since there was an outlet close to my cutting board (there’s 3 sections of wires twist-tied in there). So if you do open everything up, be sure to keep all the twist-ties. You’re gonna need them! Long story short, I cannot recommend this product to anyone. My hand hasn’t been this tired since I was 11. Quality and ease of use were bottom tier, and that’s being generous.
