[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks ago I got ratio keto bar.And it was delicious.It was nutty crunchy.It had almond pumpkin seed cinnamon.It slightly sweet.It only had 2,net carb and 1 gram of sugar.It gluten free.Is very full filling and satisfying.Great as a snack or meal replacement or on the go.

Despite being packed solid as a dry (not chewy) bar, these do not fall apart or flake into pieces. There's plenty of protein and everything is lightweight which makes these great to throw in a backpack for a trip.

They are not chewy at all, in fact, they are a bit on the harder/crunchier side which I personally love! It's the perfect texture and the perfect balance of flavor. They're Keto friendly as well! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so difficult to find a snack bar that isn't loaded with sugar, but this is it! I love that it has 12g of protein and only 1g of sugar. This is a bar that I can keep in my purse for emergencies and won't feel guilty about eating. Note that it contains soy protein isolate and whey protein isolate as well as stevia. It is hard/crunchy but has a nice and mild taste. I like how the first two ingredients are almonds and pumpkin seeds. I think these are great.

I tried the KETO toasted almond gluten-free snack bar and was very pleased with its taste and texture and helped satisfy my almond craving. Having the almond toasted was very satisfying and tasty. These KATO Crunchy Bars are very good and great for a fast snack or bite on the go. The toasted almond is so good as a gluten-free product low in carbohydrates. The almond taste is not overbearing and is very fulfilling and tasty. These bars are made of great ingredients and I highly recommend it for its snack value. I give the Toasted Almond KETO Bar a 4-STAR Rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not very impressed with this snack bar. I was expecting a little chewiness, but instead it is a hard brick of nuts and seeds. It reminds me of one of those bird seed rectangle bricks you can get for bird feeders. Tastes how I'd imagine that would taste as well. Others may like it but it wasn't my cup of tea.

The texture was just about right. It was just a little dry for me. The chocolate flavor was a little bland. It would work good for taking on a hike.

I do taste the whey and soy protein and I've never been a fan of them but it's tolerable because it's a faint flavor. I would expect these to have more protein than 12 grams especially because there's two different proteins in it. As I've said before, I don't think it's a good idea to add both. Maybe stick with whey and have another line use soy protein for those who are dairy sensitive like me. These don't have much nutritional value in them compared to others I've tried but I do like that they have nearly no sugar. I can't see myself buying them or recommending them to others.

When I first put the bar in my mouth, I was concerned I would chip a tooth just trying to bite into it. After managing to get a bite off, it was one of the most disgusting things I've ever tasted. I can't imagine what a person would have to do to develop a taste for these bars. I promptly threw all of them in the trash.
