The Ravel Tales toys come in a variety of fun animals, with 12 surprises inside. My daughter loved her little bear, "Bon Bon". I do want to state that though the unicorn is heavily featured on the side of the box, that is not necessarily what you get. Ravel Tales is intended for children 5 and up, my daughter and I had a bit of trouble untangling the yarn for the bracelets, and necklaces, so I'd be careful of that, an hour plus later we had it untangled. The different projects after unraveling and seeing which Ravel Tales pet you receive are super easy. My daughter said she loved making the pillow bed the most, because she felt like she were actually sewing. She loved also, how easily she was able to braid and create the friendship bracelets, and tie the cute charms on to help latch the bracelets and necklaces closed. The stickers were a sweet surprise for her as well, she loves collecting them. The pros are it is definitely easy to make and create fun projects with Ravel Tales. It's fun for your child to unravel surprises, along with your pet. It keeps your child entertained for hours. There's really only the one con, the fact that it got easily tangled up and took over an hour to undue. We highly recommend Ravel Tales for your kids to have a fun and easy project and be entertained for hours, plus you'll still have your Ravel Tales pet to play with.

My 6 year old daughter loved her Ravel tales. The instructions are great and we had no issues creating these. She was so excited to unravel her plush and find it was a cat. She loves it, and the fact to actully was the one to make the pillow for her pet just made it even more exciting. My daughter made so many extra things. She made her pet a collar, a bracelet. She also made herself a matching bracelet, a keychain, necklace and 3 friend bracelets. This is something I will definitely buy again. This would make great gifts for my nieces as well. I highly recommend

My daughter was overjoyed to get the yarn unraveled from what was inside. She had hopes for a unicorn but I explained to her that was part of the fun opening it up. The amount of yarn was unexpected, it seemed to be a lot more than what was shown. Not upset, just stating facts. Using the yarn to create and see was a new experience for her. She enjoyed this Plush Surprise and Yarn more than I thought she would. There are small parts, so becareful and make sure you have a area set up in case they get to excited opening it all up. I'm looking forward to buying more for her in the fall!

I was very happy when I put in the order for my Ravel Tales - Unravel The Surprise! Plush Surprise Pack! . I thought it would take a bit longer to recieved but it came in right away. It comes wrap up in yarn. The yarn comes with many different colors. It comes with yellow, purple, pink and blue. Once you take it out of all the yarn you finally get to see your suprise. My daughter wanted the unicorn but she got the cute pink doggy. She has lots of black spots with yellow ears. It also comes with small plastices where you can make pompoms. It comes with a plastic needle to knit all the yarn. Make different accessories for it. With the same yarn but thicker yarn, you may fill up the small cute pillow it comes with. Once you fill it up, you'll have a cute little pillow for it. I love how this can be a project with your little one. You can both enjoy making it. This Ravel Tales - Unravel The Surprise! This by far was one of the cutest toys I've seen in a long time! My kids are obsessed with it and since I only had one I have to go purchase one for my other child ASAP! And such a small product there so many items inside. It's a big ball ball of the softest yarn. Which will later be used to stuff the pillow that you sew together. It also comes with a gem and a few things to make a bracelet and necklace and some pom-poms. There's also stickers included. Upon opening an unraveling all the yarn is stuffed animal comes out it's super cute and they have other kinds. I would highly recommend this and we'll be buying or soon.

I am very happy with this kind of toys , makes you your child engaged in something other than technology. It has many parts. It looks like yarn, it has inside the other parts. We made all the accessories with my daughters, they love it so much. The colors are vibrant and has the instructions to make the pom pom.

Not sure if this toy was thought through. The different ropes that are used to get thinner as you get to the middle of the ball at it gets harder to manage and hold onto. The last section of ropes get tangled very easily and I had to cut out the charms to make a bracelet. The stickers were stuck to each other and that probably happened while the ball was being wrapped. I think the age range needs to be higher since my children are six and seven and they were barely able to do it. It requires 100% supervision.

This toy is a little flat as far as the stuffing inside this animal. It is very cute and has lots of yarn and string for one to make friendship bracelets . You can use some of the yarn that comes with it to make a blanket for the animal. An adult will have to do these things when it comes to small children. The toy is on the smaller and flatter side. The body of the animal is the part that is a bit flatter than the head itself.

It's a cute toy but it's super frustrating trying to put together I guess I'm not a crafty person when it comes to “crocheting” but the plus is adorable. The instructions wasn't really clear with how to make the different activities. I wouldn't recommend it to my friend or put my friend in the situation to try and make it.

This is way too involved of a toy. It says 5 for the age; there is no way a 5 year old could do all the things this toy involves. The instructions were confusing and time consuming. I only sewed the pillow up and made a collar and ditched the rest. My 3 y/o daughter didnt even care, the pillow bed, stuffy and collar was all she wanted. Also, the yarn falls out of the puff ball key chain thing they tell you to make. Theres no way to tie it tight enough for the yarn to not fall out. Cute toy, but too much going on with it.
