The product has exactly what you need if your looking for a simple creatine product. I ran, lifted and did very other activies while taking this product, and felt that my muscle recovery was improved. Another benefit of this product is that it didn't have that sharp after taste or chalky texture while drinking it. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the flavor can taste a little strong if you don't use enough water. Overall, it's a solid creatine supplement that does what it's supposed to.

I usually take creatine that is flavorless and it's still not too great flavor wise. Wanted to try something new and this is actually pretty good. Easy to drink and seems to work like any other creatine. I probably would try another flavor like fruit punch because this flavor was pretty good but don't see myself drinking it long term so I'll at least switch up flavors every other purchase
