Rayovac Rechargeable Battery Charger 4-Position with 4 AA NiMH Rechargeable Batteries

*This review is unbiased/unsponsored by the manufacturer or Walmart and is based on my opinions only* It works great for my needs, and just to let other shoppers know, this item is not 2 or 3 prong wall plug-in but is charged via included USB-A (rectangle shape USB) to MicroUSB cable (not a bad thing because you're able to charge the batteries through a standard USBA port on your computer/laptop which is more convenient/preferred by some customers.) The product includes 2 rechargable AA and 2 rechargable AAA batteries as shown in the pics.

Affordable and came with batteries, and for the most part, it does exactly what you'd expect—nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. It's one of those “set it and forget it overnight” kind of chargers rather than something fast or high-tech. Setup couldn't be easier. You just plug it straight into the wall, pop in the batteries, and let it do its thing. It's not quick by any means, but if you're charging overnight, it's honestly not a big deal. I've been using it for remotes and small devices, and it's been reliable so far. Pros: Very easy to use — no settings, no confusion, just plug in and go Budget-friendly — great if you just want something simple without spending a lot Includes rechargeable batteries — nice starter pack so you're ready immediately Cons: Slow charging — takes around 8 hours for a full charge, so not ideal if you're in a hurry Basic features — no screen, no advanced indicators, just simple LED lights Limited flexibility — not ideal if you want to charge one battery at a time or need faster charging options Summary: Overall, this is a solid, no-frills charger that's best for casual, everyday use. It's not going to impress you with speed or extra features, but it's dependable and easy to use. If you just need something cheap and reliable for household batteries—and you don't mind waiting overnight—it's a pretty practical choice.

These are better for the environment. If the battery runs out of charge you just place it on the charger and shortly thereafter its functional again. You do not have to go to the store or wait for someone to deliver them. The devices is easy to use. You will have to have a base to plug into the wall though.

Note that the charger ships with a bit of clear plastic that is wedged between the top of the batteries and the charger contacts. So, if you just plug it in after removing from the packaging, it will not light up and it will appear to be broken. Just remove the bit of plastic and everything will work.

Honestly, at first I was a bit hesitant to purchase this, due to the fact that you don't plug directly into the outlet but rather through a USB c cord. It seems to recharge my Rayovac batteries in about 6 to 7 hours. Still usually I will plug in when I go to bed. I do want to test my other rechargeable batteries that are not Rayovac brand to see how long it will take to charge. Overall, I am satisfied with the product, especially as cheap it is compared to other battery chargers.

was too light ,znddxso flimsey seeming. very loose.short, loose fitting usb charge vord to usexwith whatever box you may have around??%^. with 5 days, highest charged battery went to just 1.32x9 you have around.. ?

The battery charger was not delivered on the day it said it was supposed to be here. I had to call and let him know. Then I find out it was delivered to 10 West Main Street. Luckily the girl gave it to me yesterday.. Only because I had a package of hers. My address is 10 East Main Street. So not very happy

WARNING!! AAA Batteries Can NOT BE CHARGED! As they DO NOT FIT the charger, too small. Noted these batteries were 'quite intentionally' placed in a clear, 'separate' tube and then, fitted into the charger. Which I did initially think that packaging was odd?! Then, later realized why it was necessary. I was very displeased that action indicated The Manufacturer was quite aware of this problem!! As they are advertising this charger would accommodate Both AA %26 the AAA's... which is A LIE! The good news is the AA's were confirmed as already fully charged. Still, I will NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE THIS NOR ANYTHING ELSE PER THIS MANUFACTURER!!

These do not charge and as well it says 4 double A's and it shows two double A's and two triple A's go ahead and get the instructions right on there and let the people know that these don't charge they just get hot so watch out that they don't blow up

I gave it one star for two reasons: 1. It will charge TWO or FOUR batteries, but not THREE. One of the three batteries does not charge. I bought this for use in a device that uses three batteries. 2. This is a USB charger, not the kind you plug into the wall. The product title didn't make that apparent. It also doesn't include an AC adapter.
