Rayovac Size 312 Hearing Aid Batteries, 32-Pack 312-32

I had a new box of 312 10 packs. My father in law was visiting and needed some batteries. I handed him one of these new packs and he was totally unable to get it open, Now it was my turn to try. It was awful. I have good use of both hands and was using kitchen shears. I had not imagined something so poorly designed. What if I had arthritis and poor vision? All I have to say here is that the product development people and admistrators who supervised this unholy packaging have totally failed their customer base. I for one will not purchase any more of their products.

I like the packaging and they last long. They are easy to use and install with the way the have put the tape that covers the batteries longer than the battery.

The batteries are great, last longer than other batteries I've tried. But the child-proof packaging is terrible. I'm a senior and have trouble opening the package. You need a lot of muscle in your hands to cut it open, and I don't want to carry scissors with me if I need to open the package away from home. Try again with a better package.

At the age of 82, and hard of hearing for over 10 years your keeping track of my battery needs, is a delight that you cannot imagine. I no longer spend time shopping, checking prices, which one is beter,( you've been sending the best), is the weather OK to drive? etc., etc. Thanks from a grateful customer. Claire Siegel

I've used 312's for several years. I've felt like Ray o vac is a quality product at a good price with super convenient, easy to use packaging. Yesterday I bought my first 312's in the new packaging. Rayo vac, you've made a big marketing mistake! From easy to child (&adult) proof. I just spent 10 minutes opening the package and cutting out the hearing aids. What a pain. You really need to rethink the packaging. Such a big backward step compared to your original packaging. Please try again! I would only recommend the batteries not the packaging.

Received bad batch of hearing aid batteries, lasted 1-2 days instead of 5 days at most. Never had an issue with seller, just never know what batch you'll get that may last longer or not.

I REQUESTED NUMBER 10 HEARING AID BATTERIES AND THE SUBSTITUTE HEARING AID BATTERIES WAY TO LARGE. IM RETURNING THEM HOPEFULLY THEY HAVE NUMBER 10'S AS A REPLACEMENT

I ordered one pack of 32 batteries but was shipped 5 packs with 6 batteries each. I was shorted two batteries. NOT HAPPY.

Late 80's, rheumatoid arthritis, hearing aids for 30 yrs. You have got to be kidding about this new packaging!! Since they have to be kept separate, I will have my grandson open a few packages at a time, and store in weekly pill containers. That is another thing. How are we supposed to change them on the go with the new package???

I bought these and I wont buy them again. After having to get my best pair of scissors to cut thru the package to get two out I continued to get them all out of the package. Now I have 4 loose batteries on my dresser. Guess who grabbed them off of my dresser. Yes my grand child. So instead of be child resistant they are more available to the children. I will not buy your product until you go back to the old package.
