RCA Indoor HDTV Antenna for Smart TVs, 40 Mile Range, White

This is one of the best products I have bought in a long time! After cutting cable a couple of years ago, I was no longer able to view live local channels such as ABC, CBS, and NBC. I had been meaning to look into TV antennas, but never really knew what to look for. When I saw this product referenced online for under $25, I figured I would give it a try. I just wish I knew about this product earlier. Installation of the antenna amounted to nothing more than connecting the cable to the back of the television. I am now able to watch all of the local channels, and the reception is excellent. I would highly recommend this product.

I read the reviews and it's legit! I got almost 50 channels when I only needed the local news channels. It looks pretty neat as well. You won't even notice it. Thanks for this product. Worth buying!

This antenna is very good. Picks up Digital TV broadcasts very well, as long as it is placed near the window and high. the video and audio are very clear on my LG TV. Correct placement is important. It picked up 60 channels in our area (PIN code 20720). However, the RCA signal finder app did not work (in PIN Code 20720).

My handler got this for me because we're in between residences and I must watch the latest dog food commercials. he has two iterations of this, both from Walmart, and both by RCA. RCA also has an app to help you figure out where the best antenna is located in your area and how far away it is. It works on any Android cell phone. search for RCA app in the Play store. Note also the range listed on the box is not a real world number It's a reference so pay attention to it. The antenna will pick up stations further away quite well. for example, this version, has a range of 40 miles. In reality it's more like 40 to 65 mi away. It is our opinion for redundancy everybody should have this option. especially if the cable goes out, the internet goes out, in the middle of mother nature's fury! this is an excellent backup option. Here it gets up 22 channels quite well and those stations are 40 to 70 mi away. It's easy to use, the app will help you point it in the right direction.

The unit was cheap and easy to plug in and set on a high shelf above a window. I immediately had access to dozens of channels, most of which came in crystal clear. Excellent choice for cord-cutters. Recommended, especially for people on a fixed income

****instructions***** "IN OR NEAR A WINDOW" shows a window w/out panes. recd only 2 channels placing at top of paned window. ***placed antenna where mohu antenna used to hang, corner wall/ceiling well away from window and receiving 18 channels. very good reception, far better than the mohu antennas. EXTREMELY SATISFIED with antenna corner wall/ceiling placement!!

This is a good anntna and very easy to set up one issue is the cord that goes to the tv you got to tape it or you cant hang it or put it on a stand but it is working great as its is now that i taped the cable

I deducted a point on quality, because there is supposed to be an app that goes with the antenna to determine its best placement and the app didn't work for our Android or iPhone.

This multidirectional antenna is better than the rock bottom rabbit ear with a circle antenna. I am not getting all the channels available from local broadcast. The reception is slightly better. This was easy to install. The directions were clear. I am also using the little 4 inch antenna. That doesn't help at all.

Not happy with this purchase. I have to set on back of my chair to get reception. Very frustrating! Picture freezes randomly and I have to rescan for local stations. I am close to towers so it doesn't make sense ! I wish I would have given more thought and purchased a better quality.
