RCA,3.5 Cu Ft Chest Freezer, RFRF350, White

I ordered my freezer in the middle of February and i didn't receive it until March 1 2021 bang up.. I plugged it in. It says wait 24 hours adjust the temperature to 4 I put it on 5 nah from the time i got it ive had it plugged up.. I'm happy can't wait until i go to the store... lost $300 of food

Received in damaged box. The freezer appeared ok. Let stand 24 hours. Plugged in, turned on; after 5-6 hours the unit hadn't even started to cool down. Returning and purchasing a different model. Clearly these freezers can't handle shipping stresses.

I do not recommend this at all. It doesn't freeze and it leaves off a horrible smell. Walmart refuses to let me return it because I threw the box away. Yeah because everyone loves keep large half boxes (yes it comes in a box with no bottom in it) just laying around. Total waste of money!

Do not purchase this item as to Walmart doesn't make plans to properly handle item during the delivery process. Which in turn if freezer is handled wrong during shipping process compressor will be damaged and freezer will be inoperable. And in return Walmart does not have in place a exchange policy. Very necessary to check if item is inoperable before shopping for food to store inside of freezer.

The first one I ordered did not work, so I got a replacement. The replacement ALSO didn't work. I am not sure if it is a defect with the product or with the shipping causing the Freon tube to malfunction, but neither of them got cold.

I just received my freezer today. Unfortunately, it doesn't get cold at all. I have it turned to the HIGHEST level. Will return, as soon as possible!!!

I would have written a glowing review, if this chest freezer actually worked. Its the perfect size, and I was looking forward to expanding my freezer space. But, I received it, let it sit for 24 hrs, plugged it in, waited 48 hrs, and realized its not getting any colder than 50F. So now I have to call the company to hopefully arrange for someone to come fix it. Getting a new major appliance should not involve a repair man within the first 4 days.

I'm completely disappointed! We just moved to Baltimore from Lake Charles, LA. Due to Hurricane Laura/Delta, we had to get rid of everything. I ordered this product because of the great reviews and price. The delivery method was great as stated in other review's. It came 2 days in advance but the Fed Ex driver stated she had no help with delivering it on time but it did come the very next day. However, when we received the deep freezer, the box was covered in water residue and had a couple holes. Unaware we still unpacked it and set it up. It had dents on the side and a major dent on the bottom. I'm not blaming the seller personally simply because of the great reviews and am unsure if it was in this condition prior to delivery. I have to return it unfortunately because we waited the 24 hrs that it stated before use. Followed directions to put it on 4 and allowed it to sit for several hours and it's still NOT cold at all. I would like for this to be replaced immediately but we're not self sufficient as far as mobility and it would be very difficult for us to return it without Fed Ex coming back to pick it up for the inconvenience especially since I honestly believe it was the way they handled the packaging without further review of any negative comments concerning this product. I have provided pictures below. If this cannot be replaced immediately or a pick up cannot happen I will have no choice but to request a full refund of $161.00 (plus taxes). *Just tried adding the pictures but it's not allowing me to do so* I hit add and selected my pictures from my gallery and I'm not seeing it upload before I push *submit review*. If anyone knows how I can do so, please let me know. Thank You...

The item came severely damaged. Still waiting to get it returned. Cannot reorder because it is now of out of stock. Item had gotten high marks previously.

his 2nd one i ordered neither one work .promised to pickup 1st one never happened now I have2 of the same freezer in my apt neither one work..i need a working one.i hope they pick tjem up soon.
