It has all the nutrients you need to recover after a workout; BCAAs are the most important ingredient, but glutamine and creatine also help. Product is a little pricey every month, but if you want significant results, this is the way to go. Good quality for a good result.

I looked for a "similar" product but couldn't find one in a single package. To get what Evlution Nutrition Recover Mode gives in one scoop, you'll need to combine three or four different products. I start drinking this about halfway through my workout and finish it during cardio, leaving me with plenty of fuel in the tank. With that result, I feel much better after my workouts, have fewer body pains, and feel ready to hit up the next day with more energy.
