It dissolves easily in water and we have noticed more energy and we do feel like we are recovering some muscle.

I've been using this as a pre-workout because I don't like having more than 160mg of caffeine in my system while benching. This stuff is wonderful for pre-and post-workout, and it provides a great beta tingling without the caffeine jitters. It is a good supplement for someone with the same purpose as mine.

It has a pleasant flavor that appeals to me. The most substantial number of components I could find. Not like the other supplements I have tried before, they compromise the quality of the product. With EVL Nutrition, you get a complete package at a reasonable price.

It's delicious, but it's a little too powerful. I think it's the sweet taste. It makes me feel a lot better after a workout, and Keto/lcmp is still the case. EVL helps a lot with recovery, and I hope the effect won't change whatever physical activities I make.

This is an excellent product. The Blue Raz is rather wonderful; it doesn't have an overbearing flavor and is quite tasty. Unfortunately, the powder scoop did not come with my container. So, since I'm unsure what size scoop to use for the dose, I'm utilizing a smaller one from another product. Aside from that, a good purchase.

If you don't like sugar or sweeteners, this isn't the drink for you. However, following a workout, you'll need sugar to provide replenishing agents like creatine, carbohydrates, and protein. In the "window" for optimum recovery, that spike is critical.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but I would get this stuffy ballooning in my head after taking RecoveryMode - I didn't put two and two together until I realized that I was only getting a headache after working out after taking this product. I didn't get any headaches on the days I didn't take it as a hypothesis test. I decided to give it one more shot on an off day, and I feel perfectly fine and taking another dose- half an hour later, I have a stuffy head with a mild headache yet again, I will stop using this product and get back to BCAA stacks with separate Glutamine supplementation.

Great taste, but full of creative and calcium. Gave me my first kidney stone.
