These are not the hard candy peppermints that are so popular, especially around the holidays. These mints are the melt-in-your-mouth style, with the red stripes being a bit more solid. The mint flavor is not too sharp as to catch your breath. They have the perfect strength of flavor!

This time these mints did crumble easily, unlike the ones I've had before. I don't know if it's just a hit and miss situation, but for a change, I was able to eat this particular batch without having to use my pliers. I am an older person with arthritis, and presently no teeth, and these little bags of mints have not been easy to crush. This is the first batch that has been. Thank you.

It would be wonderful if this style of peppermints were also available in a sugar free variety. They are so delicious and refreshing, it's difficult for those of us who are diabetic to resist them. These are the best. They're sweet, pepperminty, and melt at the perfect rate. The other brands do not hold a candle to this brand, the REAL brand. Do yourself a favor and buy these!

These Red Bird puffs mints are the only mints I get because of the taste %26 they melt in your mouth. They have a genuine peppermint taste which is not bland. They're top notch mints %26 can be hard to find in the stores.

So good to use when my sugar drops too low. Since it's soft and melts in your mouth it works really fast which is what you need for low sugars.

These were not round like I was used to, and they were not as soft as the ones I've had before. So I was a little disappointed, and the price was way too high for what I got.

Artificial Dyes. You can pay a dollar for the Walmart brand if you want artificial dyes not these prices.
