Red Bird Wintergreen Mints, Individually Wrapped, Allergen-Free, 22 oz

Beware! These are SUPER sweet but the wintergreen taste is just like it was 50 years ago. Nice to know that at least some great products never change. I've loved these candies since I was a kid and hadn't seen any in years before finding them online at WM! Price has definitely gone up in the last 50 years but it has for everything. Being so sweet, it only takes 1-2 at a time to satisfy any sweet tooth!

I offered these at a trade show I was a vendor at and 100% of those who tried these mints loved them. Packaged well, pretty for the holidays and melted in your mouth. Awesome.

GV pasta quality is as good as the name brand. I purchased at first to compare quality because of it being a lower price than the name brand. Will continue to purchase.

First off let me say that I LOVE WINTERMINT FLAVOR/AROMA. I am also familiar with the RED BIRD brand of peppermint flavor mints which I like immensely. This RED BIRD brand of wintergreen mints was lacking in the wintergreen mint flavor/aroma. The 1st piece was ok kinda in the sense that you could detect the wintergreen taste but it was subtle whereas for the same piece in the peppermint flavor it would have been intense. If I had been given one or two of these as an after dinner mint, it would have been ok as a palette cleanser. But, I purchased a 52 ounce (3-1/4 lb) tub for use around the house that is basically just a sugar bomb instead of a flavor bomb. I wont be buying this flavor of RED BIRD style mints again. I also bought at the same time a smaller tub of RED BIRD CINNAMON mints that were excellent, just like their peppermint brand - just that the wintergreen selection was very lacking....

They are just okay, because they are stale. They are hard - not soft - and don't dissolve quickly like they normally do. I'm too busy right now to deal with returning this package, so I'm just eating stale mints.

Sugar is less expensive. This product only tastes like a spoon full of sugar . No hit of wintergreen flavor. I even tired to share all of it to friend. No takers. Only options return or dispose of it. Return %26 reimbursed . No difficulty in processing.

We have had this product in the past they were excellent but poor QC sent a container with the lid popped off but the tamper proof seal still intact. This was inside a shipping box that was undamaged loose mints in the box. Come on Walmart demand better how do we know what is in these mints! They should have been tossed in the trash not sent to a customer!

very disappointed in the lack of wintergreen flavor, it just tastes like sugar, many of the pieces are also broken or deformed/smaller...I wish I could get my money back

Ibooened my package, and all the wintergreen candies were dumped inside if the shipping box. That was lousy packaging, and mist if my candies were crushed.

Unfortunately I believe these were old they were very hard and not as usual Hopefully this is just a one off for them We normally get them every Christmas for a jar at work
