Tastes amazing! Amazing ounos as well. I train at night and this is Jeffery with no caffeine! As done ice to it and taste so good and refreshing! Wish I could drink 2 or 3 of these. It's that good. Jiggling recommend.

Was looking for a non-stim pre-workout. Landed on this works very well. Was getting burnt out with all the excessive caffeine in a lot of these pre-workouts. This provides me with what I'm looking for in endurance and solid pump without the over-stim feeling. Plus the flavors on point. I would recommend if in the market for a non-stim pre-workout.

I think the formula changed, the pump isn't what it used to be

I like the caffeinated Total War formula so I was hoping this would be decent because I was going caffeine-free for a while, but I was very disappointed. The strawberry kiwi flavor had a bitter aftertaste that was very off-putting, and it was clumped together a bit when it arrived, so not the greatest texture either. I got a mild effect from it but nothing I'd pay for again.

Was not a fan personally. It was chunky and it still had some beta alnine which caused me to have that burning itching feeling. I also was not a big fan of the flavor.

Awful, opened it to find a solid junk. Reported the issue and was told I need to go to tik tok for a refund. And this products sometimes has lumps. . . this was not a "lump", it was solid and I had to break it up with a knife. Veey disappointed in the response. . . maybe check out my irder history. I buy all my redcon from the redcon web-site and have for years.
