Was not a fan personally. It was chunky and it still had some beta alnine which caused me to have that burning itching feeling. I also was not a big fan of the flavor.

It arrived with no expiration date and damaged / i opened it just to taste it, but then thought it very well could be out of date. I called Walmart and they told me to trash it. I did then contacted the seller NUTRITION BIZZ and they said i had to return it for a refund? So think about that, i was told to trash it.....then said i can get a refund if i return it...WHAT A JOKE

Awful, opened it to find a solid junk. Reported the issue and was told I need to go to tik tok for a refund. And this products sometimes has lumps. . . this was not a "lump", it was solid and I had to break it up with a knife. Veey disappointed in the response. . . maybe check out my irder history. I buy all my redcon from the redcon web-site and have for years.
