Redfall - Xbox Series X

This is an Xbox original exclusive game that can only be played on Xbox. It is an open world map where you do quests to level up your character and unlock new abilities. It had some problems at launch but most of them have been resolved and patched to now run flawlessly. It is a great game to add to your collection.

This game was overly hated in my opinion. It's a nice setting and is fine without the bugs, but I will say I wish there was a harder difficulty because it's too easy.

Fun shooter, great open world play, characters just comic enough to not push the horror aspect, and just a good time!

Redfall isn't the disaster some people made it out to be, it's actually a pretty fun, unique co-op experience if you go in with the right expectations. The open-world setting has a cool, eerie vibe, and the whole “small town overrun by vampires” concept really works. Exploring houses, looting supplies, and uncovering little environmental stories is where the game shines. I would have rather had dishonored 3 but that doesn't mean it's a bad game.

I played the game on game pass when it first released and it was pretty buggy but still fun. I also played it again after the final patch. I enjoyed the game, but they killed it off before fully fixing things and cancelled the final dlc I think. I played it co-op with my son as well, and we enjoyed what we played of it and will probably return to it occasionally.
